A lot has happened.....

Let's start with a brand new picture, shall we???

From memorial day to today -- from 272 pounds to 229 pounds! Those are size 44 jeans on my skinnier butt!

Compare that to this picture with Asia Carrera from 1999---at well over 300 pounds....

Simon likes the new skinnier papa....

Damn, I've got a great doctor, and she's so supportive of the Know how program and especially seeing my progress, she's doubly impressed.
