IntroductionUpdated May 22, 2008 Some important words are in order. I almost let this web page and the important information go away. The domain was up for renewal and I came thisclose to letting it expire. With our good positioning in search engines and significant hits we keep getting, I felt like my continuing to promote this program was unjustified due to my own personal failure. Mind you, Don Lemmon's program didn't fail me. Rather, I failed it. When Don was alive, I felt that this program was vitally important information that could dramatically improve the health of America. Those of you who heard our Healthy Living Talk Show broadcasts know that Don's message was sound, and at the time, I had the passion to promote the program, because I was living it and felt better than I ever did in my life. Don's death in 2006 stunned and floored me. It took all the wind out of my sales. I tried to carry on, but without his extreme motivation and support it was nearly impossible. And although the news of Don's wife finding the insurance policy that she didn't know had been taken out was a great relief to me, it became the last reason to walk away from the active promotion of Don Lemmon's Know How. Let me repeat this so that there is no misunderstanding. I believe in Don's program and the principles spelled out in his books. I believe that anyone with the proper motivation can become healthier than they ever have been and get in the Best Shape of their Life. For me, my motivation was killed on a June night in 2006 on a lonely stretch of Interstate north of Las Vegas. I know that if Don were alive today, he'd be kicking my ass for giving up. I couldn't blame him. Perhaps when the family settles down I can get back on the program and once again be proud of the way I look and the way I feel. Right now, I'm getting by, which is no way to live. Read these pages, look over the progress that I made; the progress that others made; then please order the starter kit. The information alone is worth twice the price. What have you got to lose -- but the weight? Hi, I'm Wyatt Cox. For more than 30 years I've been on the air hosting news and talk programs from coast to coast, including my currently syndicated morning show, American Sunrise.
Radio is not an active job...it's what we call sedentary. That, combined with my love of things like prime rib and soft drinks guaranteed a ballooning waistline.
I'll never forget March 17, 2005. I spent 24 hours in urgent care with fevers to 104 and severe leg swelling that was eventually diagnosed as Cellulitis, a severe infection of the skin that had settled into my leg. Enter Nutritionist Don Lemmon.
I met Don through his wife, actress and cyber-geek Asia Carrera, whom I interviewed in 1999. Don invited me to be a part of a transformation group he was conducting. I owe my health, and possibly my life, to Don Lemmon and his know-how program. Now my results may not be typical, and your mileage may vary, but I firmly believe that anyone can look better and feel better by adopting Don Lemmon's Know how lifestyle. It's not another diet program, it's a healthy way of life. And I'm not alone.....
The tale of the tape:
Damn, I've got a great doctor, and she's so supportive of the Know how program and especially seeing my progress, she's doubly impressed.
